A former healthcare executive director, he led a 40-person team that achieved standout retention, engagement, and culture results while many organizations struggled with turnover and burnout. After nearly two decades of studying leadership and human performance, Josh launched Limitless to help organizations build workplaces where people actually want to go to work.

He now works with companies and emerging leaders to develop confident, accountable managers who can communicate clearly, lead people effectively, and drive measurable results. Josh’s approach blends real-world leadership experience with practical systems leaders can apply immediately.
